Born in Brescia on 14 December 1971, in 1997 he graduated in Civil Engineering with an Architectural specialisation from the University of Brescia. After several collaborations with Prof. Arch. Stefano Della Torre, since 1999 he has been working steadily with Berlucchi s.r.l., of which he is currently Technical Director and Partner. In 2007, he graduated in Architectural Sciences from the Milan Polytechnic - Mantua Branch. 

Throughout his career he has developed considerable experience in the recovery of historical and monumental buildings, with particular regard to the restoration of surfaces and materials, the functional recovery of environments, static consolidation, and in the diagnostics of both private and public buildings. Qualified as an Energy Building Certifier for the Region of Lombardy, he has studied in depth issues concerning design using energy-saving techniques. Enrolled since 2009 in the Regional Register of Inspectors, he has carried out various technical-administrative testing assignments for the Municipality of Brescia. Since May 2012, he has been personally involved in seismic improvement projects on historical buildings in the province of Mantua damaged by the earthquake of 20 and 29 May 2012. 

In addition to architectural and structural design and the supervision and accounting of works, he is involved in Coordination for the health and safety of workers at construction sites (ex law 494/96) with over 30 million assignments to his credit, and in Fire Prevention as an Expert (ex law 818/84) on historic public buildings.
