Villa Arcadio Hotel e Resort

The small rural building complex is located on the slopes of the hill near Salò, in the middle of an olive grove and overlooking Golfo di Salò. The transformation of the building into a small hotel has been studied trying to keep all the ancient structure's flavor. From the archway to the south you can access the courtyard, which overlook arcade and loggias.The ground floor is intended for a living area with three lounges covered with brick and stone vaulted ceilings, while the first floor and attic are the main core of the guest rooms. There are also a swimming pool located on the natural hilltop north of the building and an underground parking lot. The project pursues the total preservation of the existing architectural elements and materials, with a careful restoration of the exterior and a refurbishment of the interiors with rustic but refined finish.
