Le Saie Golf Club, Carlentini

The project concerns a large flat area in San Leonardo, delimited south by the river and east by the sea. The beautiful place is partly cultivated with citrus fruit and partly covered by plants of Eucalyptus and Mediterranea scrub. It was designed the construction of a big luxury hotel with a residential tourist complex arranged in several building blocks. It was also foreseen to build a Golf Club House, a golf course and two large swimming-pools for the guests. In order to create structures without affecting the environment, it was chosen to use flat roofs, natural stone walls such as tuff, plastered and colored lime surfaces, as well as outdoor accessories such as wooden grills and balustrades.
