Restoration and seismic improvement
The theater of Concordia, built during the Fascist Ventennio, is a very fine example of the Emilian theatrical architecture of the time, badly damaged during the 2012 earthquake. The RTP was in charge of the design and construction supervision of the seismic improvement works and restoration of the theater. The structural theme also includes the restoration of external and internal surfaces, plant rationalization, fire prevention, lighting and acoustics; an all-round project to give back to Concordia its theater.
One of the most complex themes of the project is the restoration and consolidation of the large Perret ceiling finely decorated.
