The extensive study experience in the design of static restoration, refurbishment and consolidation operations has been crucial in drafting relative price lists.

The study has drawn up Chapter 12, concerning the renovation and recovery of the existing building property, as part of the Municipality of Venice.

Following the earthquake of 2004, the Unit Price List for Conservation and Restoration Works of Historic Buildings was subsequently adopted as a reference for the evaluation of the fairness of prices for restoration works following the 2004 Brescia earthquake, by the Commissioner for Reconstruction. In 2007, the list was updated and published by the publisher De Lettera and is available for sale at the studio. Made up of 192 items, it is a tool that addresses the most recurring workings in the case of post-earthquake renovation and restoration, which can hardly be traced back to traditional trades. It consists of two chapters, one relating to specific materials, the other to works done. The price tag is available in digital format for sale at the studio for a price of 80 euros. It is made up of a Price List of materials and works and an accurate Price Analysis. In particular, the price list will be editable in Primus (Acca), Excel, Word and Mestre 2K (888 Software Products srl), while price analysis may be revised in Mastro 2K (888 Software Products srl) resulting in automatic updating of price list and Excel for manual editing of individual items.
