Studio is focusing on the construction of the new headquarters of the Consortium for the Protection of Franciacorta, in Erbusco. The intervention envisages the upgrading of the existing spaces currently used by both the Municipality and the Consortium and the construction of three new bodies for public use, respectively in postal and municipal offices, in multifunctional halls and in the elderly circle, in an underground archive for the Town Hall . In this way, the Consortium will fully benefit from the existing building that will be retrieved and refurbished, while all communal services will be transferred to the new structures, built on a single floor with traditional materials, privileging the use of bricks and plaster of lime, wooden covers and cladding, to ensure a better integration into the landscape and architectural context of Franciacorta.
