Renovation and reconstruction in luxury hotel
A renovation project with a change of use from an original tertiary destination to a luxury hotel structure consisting of 16 suites, including one depandance with garden. Because of the position in the center of Rome, near Piazza del Popolo, and a desire to create a hotel that combines modernity and elegance, valuable finishes have been designed for the suites, for the restaurant and other common areas, as well as for exterior facades.
