Born in Brescia on 8 March 1969, he graduated in 1995 in Civil Construction Engineering (general ergotechnical specialisation) at the Politecnico di Milano. Between 1995 and 1997 he worked with the structural engineering firm Tecne srl in Brescia and, after a year's work experience abroad for the construction of a Resort, he began his freelance activity at the firm.
His main works are in the field of construction (renovations of residential buildings) and hydroelectric plants (e.g. some power plants in Val Seriana) and also involve construction sites as Safety Coordinator (D. Lgs 81/08 and subsequent updates, since 1998). He is also an Official Technical Consultant at the Court of Brescia, for which he performs various Estimates and Expertises.
Over the years, he has supervised numerous works as Designer and Works Director, both architectural and structural, as well as structural inspections in seismic areas. He is on the register of administrative technical inspectors of the Province of Brescia for public water derivation works, in particular hydroelectric power stations.
