Le facciate - Caratterizzazione dei materiali e dello stato di conservazione

The present contribution presents observations and description of the first phase of the restoration work on two Palazzi Capitolini, the diagnostics of the state of conservation, aimed at identifying the compositional characteristics and the state of alteration of the main constituent materials, highlighting the stratigraphic sequence of colors present and defining the original paintings of the arcade.
