Diagnostica: materiali e stato di conservazione

In the contribution entitled "Diagnostics: materials and state of conservation", the reflections are the result of an in-depth diagnostic study that is part of the complex operation commissioned by the Rhone-Poulenc multinational for the restoration of the façade of Palazzo Senatorio in Campidoglio. The Scientific Committee has focused on finding signs that are useful both for the characterization of materials and their conservation status, and for the chronological recognition of the various past interventions, mainly in terms of finishes and colors.
