The study is directing the renovation works of the EIB, for which a project has been drafted with the clear objective of making the building a real symbol for the city. The company has established a productive dialogue with designers and businesses, useful for the safe management of a complex site and for timely resolution of any problems and interferences that may arise in the articulated work phases. After a first phase of removing the time signs and everything that is deteriorated, the entire structure can be restored with the insertion of perimeter glazing, recovering as much as possible and limiting the disposal. The project includes the maintenance of the roof covering of the palace, which has so far been hidden by the false ceiling, and the insertion of an outer reticulated structure in rhomboidal steel tubes that will wrap the existing core without masking shapes and profiles.
